“Eligible Businesses” mean select businesses chosen at Deliveroo’s sole discretion.

The “Promotion Period” means the time between the dates of 19/05/2025 and 31/07/2025.

The “Onboarding Offer” means one free Deliveroo order management tablet and one free professional photography photoshoot consisting of 25 professional photos.  

The “Onboarding Offer” means 30 calendar days of a 0% commission rate, applying to all delivery and pick up orders from the commencement date of the Service Pack.

To redeem the Onboarding Offer, Eligible Businesses are required to:

1. sign a Deliveroo Service Pack and corresponding Partner Terms and Conditions (the “Contract”) during the Promotion Period;
2. and trade as a partner on the Deliveroo platform for at least three months following the commencement date of the Contract. (the “Onboarding Condition”).
3. Each Eligible Business can redeem one Onboarding Offer per site. 
4. Deliveroo reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the Onboarding Offer at any time.
5. By accepting these terms and redeeming the Onboarding Offer, the Eligible Businesses accept that they will be subject to Deliveroo’s standard commission rates following the expiry of the Onboarding Offer. 
6. If the Partner breaches the Onboarding Condition, Deliveroo reserves the right to invoice the partner for the full cost of the Onboarding Offer.
